In addition to executing marketing campaigns, the Marketing Operations Production Specialist will work on maintaining and optimizing Marketo operational campaigns (ex: lead routing, lead scoring, and privacy compliance programs). This is a 100% Remote role. Essential responsibilities: - Receive and execute on requests from operational teams such as MOPs Campaigns, Demand Gen Tech Ops, IT, and Data Operations - Build, QA, test, launch, and troubleshoot marketing campaigns using Marketo and other marketing technology - Be a subject matter expert of all Marketo operational campaigns - Be a go-to team member for all advanced Marketo troubleshooting requests - Design, maintain, and continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign execution processes and operational campaign workflows
